Because our products are made to order for next day delivery and there is a cut off time for baking, orders place after 3pm will automatically incur a $15.00 late order fee. In the extremely rare case that your product does not arrive as you ordered, or is damaged, please phone us within 12 hours so we can attend to the matter immediately.
